How to Make a Rumpelstiltskin AI Video with Your Photo

Choose a suitable photo, check the free likeness preview, and make a personalized 12-second tip-toe dance. Learn what changes, how long it takes and how to download it.

Updated

To make a Rumpelstiltskin AI dance starring you, upload one clear photo of yourself, sign in with Google, check the free static preview, then buy and generate the video. On our service, rumpelstiltskinai.app, one video costs $4.99 or three cost $9.99, plus tax where applicable. These are one-time purchases with no subscription.

1. Choose a photo the model can use

Use a well-lit, front-facing photo of yourself with your face clearly visible. Avoid sunglasses, a covered face, heavy filters and group photos. The current tool accepts one adult person: photos of other people, celebrities or anyone under 18 are not allowed.

Use JPG, PNG or WebP. If your phone photo cannot be read, export it as JPG or PNG and choose that file again. Your photo is resized before uploading; the prepared upload must be no larger than 10 MB.

Choose your photo, confirm that it is of you, then continue. If you need to sign in, the selected photo stays available in this browser tab for 30 minutes so you can return and continue without choosing it again. You can remove the photo before submitting it.

2. Check the free preview before buying

Google sign-in is required. Each new account gets one free static preview. After signing in, return to the selected photo and click the preview button; signing in alone does not start generation.

The preview is an illustrative barn portrait for checking your AI likeness. It is not a frame from your future dance video. The paid video is generated separately using your original photo and the dance template, so a good portrait does not guarantee an identical moving result.

The example below uses an AI-generated photo of a fictional adult and an actual test video. Watch the complete clip to see the movement and the visible clothing changes.

3. Generate the dance

From your preview page, choose one video for $4.99 or three for $9.99, plus tax where applicable. Payment happens through checkout. Once the payment is confirmed, the video starts automatically when you return to the result page. If you already have an unused video, use the generation button directly.

The current version replaces the dancer only; the woman remains from the template. The result is approximately 12 seconds of landscape HD video with the template soundtrack and no added watermark. AI can change clothing and small scene details between shots. Woman replacement, pet uploads and a vertical export option are not available in this release.

Generation usually takes 10–20 minutes. You can close the page; we email you when the result is ready. Return through that email or My videos while signed in with the same account.

4. Download or share your result

Use the download control on the result page to save the MP4. The downloaded video includes sound even if the player is muted. The share control sends the video file when your browser supports file sharing, or falls back to sharing the result link. Add your caption in your social app.

Each paid video includes one free redo if it does not look like you. The redo replaces the current take, so download the version you want to keep first. Photos, previews and videos are retained for 30 days; save your result before it expires. See the refund policy for purchase terms.

If something goes wrong

  • Your photo is missing after sign-in: return in the same browser tab within 30 minutes. If the draft expired or browser storage was blocked, choose the photo again. No preview starts automatically.
  • The photo will not open: use JPG or PNG and keep your face unobstructed. Try exporting a new copy from your photo app.
  • Payment is still being confirmed: keep the result page open while it waits for the payment callback. Check your order before buying again; contact support if confirmation does not arrive.
  • Video generation fails: the spent video allowance is returned automatically. A failed free redo can be tried again without spending another video.
  • The video has no sound in the player: use the sound control or download the MP4. The player may start muted.
